Dr Sonja Blainey General Practitioner
Dr Sonja Blainey MBBS (UNSW) FRACGP Dip CH has worked in Ultimo for over 20 years. Dr Blainey offers experience in general practice medicine with a special interest in immunisation, preventative child and family care, aged care, travel medicine, and chronic disease management including diabetes. Dr Blainey conducts antenatal shared care for pregnancy, and has interest in sexual health, reproductive heath and women’s health, and is able to provide contraceptive implants and IUDs.
Dr John Cosgriff General Practitioner
Dr John Cosgriff is a New Zealand medical graduate who has lived in Sydney for eight years and has Fellowships of both the Australian and NZ Colleges of General Practitioners. His interests are in all areas of family medicine, but has particular interests and experience in mental health and men’s health. Dr Cosgriff is also a shared care antenatal provider.
Dr Lesley Peter General Practitioner
Dr Lesley Peter is a graduate of the University of Sydney and also holds a master of Public Health Degree. She has worked in the Glebe area for over 20 years and believes in the value of continuing care to individuals and families. Dr Peter has experience in all areas of general practice including chronic disease management and mental health. She is also an antenatal shared care provider with Royal Prince Alfred Hospital.

Dr Loretta Rowan is a general practitioner and antenatal shared care provider with special interests including women’s health and paediatrics.
Dr Paul Schacher General Practitioner
Dr Paul Schacher is a very experienced general practitioner and family doctor. He has served the local Glebe and Inner City community for over ten years, and has served the Sutherland Shire community continuously for over thirty years. Dr Schacher is very thorough and likes to solve complex problems.
Dr Tim Shortus General Practitioner
Dr Tim Shortus graduated with a medical degree from the University of Sydney with first class honours, and holds a Master of Public Health degree and PhD from UNSW. He is a Conjoint Senior Lecturer with the Centre for Primary Health Care and Equity at UNSW, and is actively involved in general practice education and research. Dr Shortus has been at Broadway General Practice since 2004 and enjoys all aspects of general practice, including but not limited to shared antenatal care, mental health care and care of chronic illness, and he believes strongly in the value of providing continuing, whole-person care to individuals and families.
Dr Manjunath Nadiger General Practitioner
Dr Manju is a Fellow of the RACGP and has been working in Australia as a general practitioner for 10 years. Dr Manju completed his medical graduation in India and a Master of Public Health at Deakin University Australia. Dr Manju’s special interests include skin checks and minor procedures (skin lesions, ingrown toe nails), women’s health, geriatric medicine, mental health, chronic disease management and men’s health.
Dr Thet Naing Soe General Practitioner
Dr Thet Naing Soe is an Australian trained General Practitioner. Dr Soe holds a master of paediatric medicine from the University of Sydney. He enjoys all aspects of family medicine.
Special interests include child health, sexual health, chronic disease management, geriatric medicine and mental health.
Dr Mark Lenthen General Practitioner
Dr Mark Lenthen is a general practitioner with particular interests in mental health as well as men’s health, women’s health, and children’s health. He performs skin cancer checks and contraceptive hormone rod insertions/removals. He has completed a Diploma in Child Health, Certificate in Family Planning & Reproductive Health and the Better Outcomes in Mental Health Training. Dr Lenthen has been practising at Broadway General Practice since 2005.
Dr Jane George General Practitioner
Dr Jane George commenced general practice training in the Southern Highlands and was awarded FRACGP. Dr George completed her Diploma in Child Health and her Master of Medicine (Paediatrics) at The University of Sydney and has special interests in women’s health, paediatrics, aged care and mental health. Dr George is a registered DAME and is available to conduct aviation medicals.
